Woke up this morning with the house temperature at 59 degrees. I don't have a set oil company so I looked up on line for a heating repair person. I happened on "ABLE Heating and Cooling". Upon calling the number,(@11 am) Dennis answered and asked me what was going on with my furnace. What I had tried, and then offered to come at the end of the day. Thus not being charged an extra emergency repair fee. This was okay with me as I have a space heater and a gas stove to keep things warm for a short period of time. At the end of the day (@4:30 pm) he called to make sure I was home and came over. He checked my furnace and found out it was a bad switch. This was addressed and my home is nice and warm. Dennis was WONDERFUL! I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him. I have already told him to schedule me for a furnace cleaning when he has time. It is so nice to be treated so well.
